SnoForce Full Face Snowmobile Helmet Installation

Step 1 - SnoForce helmet before modification
Step 1 - Remove padding from helmet

Step 2 - Material removed from padding shown


Place finger in ear canal opening with helmet on head.
Turn finger around 180% and touch helmet. Hold finger in that location while removing helmet. Mark spot finger touches. This will be the center of the ear muff when installed

Center ear muff on top of that spot. Draw a line on padding around muff.
This will be the padding to remove for the ear muff and air bladder.
Remove all padding down to inside of hard shell.

Step 3 - Padding shown removed from left side for Quiet Ride Ear Muff

Step 4 - Hook Velcro stuck over chin strap and metal connection onto inside of helmet shelf

Step 5 - Install sticky hook Velcro on each side for connecting bladders to ear muff

Step 6 - Bladders with loop Velcro glued to both sides

Step 7 - Open hole to accept speaker wire

Step 8 - Hole shown for speaker wire

Step 9 - Short line from T to chin strap

Step 10 - Tuck airline between padding and hard shell on this model and tape micro pump to chin strap

Step 11 - Put helmet on head, squeeze micro air pump to push air into bladders.
Put helmet on head, squeeze micro air pump to push air into bladders that will push against Quiet Ride Ear Muffs to make seal around ears for quieter riding and more enjoyable listening to music if you are using ear buds or ear muff speakers
